Shipping policy

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

We ship internationally to all EU member states, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and The United States of America. Please note that due to shipping restrictions, we cannot ship alcohol or food internationally. Orders requiring customs clearance may incur additional processing time and any customs charges must be borne by the customer.

Royal Mail is supported by a global network of delivery partners. 

Royal Mail currently advises the below delivery schedule for international parcels:

  • EU* - 3-5 working days
  • USA** & Canada - 15 working days
  • Australia & New Zealand - 20 working days
  • Please be advised the delivery schedule is for guidance only, orders that require customs clearance may incur additional processing time. If there are further charges for customs clearance, these costs must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what these may be.
  • If your parcel is delayed, please refer to Royal Mail for potential operational or environmental delays. 

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the goods you are ordering are permitted to be imported into the destination country. The Royal Yacht Britannia does not accept liability for costs incurred if ordered goods are refused entry. For more information, see Country sending guides │ Royal Mail Group Ltd. 

*NEW EU DUTY CHARGES:

Beginning on the 1 July 2026, a flat customs duty of €3 will apply to each item purchased under €150 entering the EU. These duties will be collected at checkout. We are unable to control nor waive these duties.

**NEW USA CUSTOMS CHARGES:

From 29 August 2025 there are changes to US customs charges on parcels. arriving from the UK. A 10% tariff/customs fee will be charged on each item purchased.

We are unable to control nor waive these tariffs due to an executive order.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

Items are dispatched from Monday to Friday and delivered within working hours.

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within two to three working days. The standard delivery time for our UK orders is 3-5 days via Royal Mail.

During periods of high demand, delays can occur. Please be assured that we will dispatch your items as soon possible and will notify you of a significant delay.

All parcels are sent by Royal Mail or courier and may require a signature on delivery.

We appreciate that you may not always be at home to receive a package and therefore offer the choice of delivery to an address other than your registered payment-card address (please see the Delivery Address option when processing your order at the payment stage).

Once your order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please note that all delivery times are subject to product availability and credit card authorisation.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK?

All parcels are sent by Royal Mail. We offer:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class Signed (tracked) for £6.95
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed (tracked) for £5.95

Royal Mail aims to deliver in 2-3 working days, including Saturdays.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

If you would like items sent to more than one address, please complete a separate order for each address. Please note a delivery charge will be made for each address.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please contact us if you wish to change the shipping address. If the package has not been shipped, we will endeavour to change the shipping address for you. If the order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to change the shipping address.
