Fingal Hotel is docked in the historic Port of Leith in Edinburgh, the birthplace of the legendary Robert Louis Stevenson. Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed with a red-carpet entrance and the stirring sounds of a Scottish piper.
At the reception, you will be treated to Champagne or our Robert Louis Stevenson-inspired “Pick your Potion” Jekyll or Hyde cocktail, paired with a delectable selection of canapés. Get ready to indulge in an unparalleled culinary experience!
Our evening will center around the fascinating story of Robert Louis Stevenson’s novel,
‘The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde’. Prepare for a night of enchantment and exceptional hospitality at Fingal Hotel!
Cancellation terms:
Full prepayment will be taken at time booking.
Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.
No refund if booking cancelled within 13 days prior to arrival.
For bookings of groups of 5 guests or more, the following cancellation terms will apply:
Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival
50% refund if cancelled within 59-30 days prior to arrival
No refund if cancelled within 29 days of arrival.

Delivery arrangements:
Please note that shipping rates do not apply for event ticket items. All tickets will be emailed to you directly by our Events Team after purchase.
All parcels are sent by Royal Mail and Parcelforce and may require a signature on delivery. If for any reason an item cannot be delivered, a card will be left at the delivery address and the package will be returned to the local depot for collection or redelivery. Any items not collected within three weeks will be returned to us, and you may be liable for delivery charges.

Please Note: we currently only ship our Food Hall* products within the United Kingdom.
Deliveries to multiple addresses:
If you would like items sent to more than one address, please complete a separate order for each address. Please note a delivery charge will be made for each address.
*Alcohol, teas, coffee, food items including biscuits and chocolates.

RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to issue a refund for unused and unmarked goods in their original packaging. All items must be returned with the sales invoice within 28 days of the purchase date
We will offer a full refund if the goods that we supplied to you are found to be defective in any way.
Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items. Please return your original item for a refund and submit a new order.
Due to health and hygiene reasons. No refunds are available on pierced earrings. We also cannot accept the exchange or refund of necklace and earring sets.

Please remember that the returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a delivery service that offers insurance cover. Return postage will be at your own cost, unless the item is faulty.
How long does it take for refunds to be processed?
We aim to process refunds within two working days from the date of our receipt of the returned item.
